Cancellation Policy
This is a legal consultation only. Attending this consultation does not make you a client of Quinn Patton, LC (the "Firm") nor does the Firm agree to represent you unless you both agree in writing to a representation on terms specified in the Representation Agreement. You may cancel this appointment at any time, unto one (1) hour before the start time. The Firm reserves the right not to refund you if you cancel or attempt to cancel less than 60 minutes before the scheduled time. The Firm may also need to cancel and/or reschedule this appointment due to a conflict in availability of the lawyers. If this happens you will receive a phone call to reschedule. The Firm does not now represent that it will agree to take your case and you understand that this consultation is only that - a consultation. At the end of the consultation 1) you will decide if you want to hire the firm and attorney, 2) the attorney will make a determination if you have a case, and 3) the attorney willl decide if they want to work with you. Only if you decide to work with us, we decide to work with you, and the attorney believes there is a case will we proceed to the next step. Until then neither party is bound to each other.
